As owner of Ideal Harmony Massage & Wellness. I welcome you  an experience of inner peace and harmony.  I believe that "if you have breath,  you can benefit from therapeutic massage". As a professional member of the AMTA, I'm able to stay abreast of all the new modalities of treatment to better serve your needs.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Hospitality Management/Concentration Dietetics from Alabama A & M University, a Masters in Health Services Administration, from Strayer University and a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Dietetics and Nutrition. Health and wellness is my passion, and I plan to help you get to a happier, healthier, stress free you!
